Conflict management techniques in the German business community over the past ten years

In cooperation with German Institution of Arbitration (DIS), we cordially invite you to a roundtable discussion on current trends and developments in the field of conflict management.

Growing number of companies are seeing conflict management as part of their risk management portfolio. Instead of only letting external lawyers take care of business conflicts, more and more companies are creating new ways to mitigate the risks of their business relationships.

During this roundtable discussion representatives of the “Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit” (DIS) will present the results of a recent study on conflict management in the German business community and discuss the different tools that have gained popularity within business managers the past decade. You will be invited to gain new insights in what best practises are used by your business partners and to share your experiences of conflict management.
