In cooperation with KGCCI, the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) and the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) cordially invite you to a seminar on differences in settlement negotiations as well as particularities in enforcing arbitral awards. Using practical examples, experienced German and Korean practitioners will discuss the cultural expectations of German and Korean parties in settlement discussions, the general structure of negotiations, and tactics that are commonly employed. The seminar will also cover important aspects of the enforcement procedure for arbitral awards in both countries, followed by a discussion of key differences in Korea and Germany.
