Main Task

  • Autonomous management and representation of the plant in accordance to cost, timing and quality targets.
  • Ensuring the achievement of all Annual Operation Plan targets to support the defined strategy and targets of the company.

  • Planning and monitoring of the ongoing costs as well as investments in collaboration with the management of Schlemmer GmbH as well as identifying cost reductions potentials and check monthly achievement.
  • Coordinating, monitoring, occupational safety, accident prevention and environmental protection considering the company’s policies and local legal requirements.
  • Technical coordination of the different plants regarding the whole facilities and logistics processes
  • Responsible for operative and strategic development through / by process and product innovation
