Cancellation & Refund Policy
1) Cancellation by Participant
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made up to 4 days before the workshop.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the workshop.
- Participant substitution is allowed until 1 day before the workshop and must be from the same company.
2) Cancellation by KGCCI DEinternational
- If the workshop is cancelled due to fewer than 3 participants or other unavoidable reasons, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer to the next available session.
- Notice of cancellation will be provided by email at least 3 days before the workshop.
Other Regulations
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (credit card reversal or bank transfer).
- Refunds by bank transfer will be completed within 3–5 business days after account verification.
- Workshop materials and certificates will be provided only to participants who attend the workshop.
