Since 2017, the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) has been working together with German automotive companies to introduce and establish the German vocational training system in Korea.
The aim of this initiative is to address the growing shortage of skilled workers in automotive workshops and to provide young people with practical, high-quality vocational training.
Through close cooperation with partner companies and educational institutions, the program creates sustainable career opportunities in the Korean labor market while also enhancing the international competitiveness of German automotive brands in Korea.
