SmartRay: Optomechanical Engineer

  • Position: Optomechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and development of mechanical components for optical sensors
  • Develop innovative concepts for the mechanical part of our sensors
  • Creating all mechanical components of our products and related fixtures with SolidWorks
  • Prepare technical drawings and relevant documentation
  • Collaborate closely with production and procurement to ensure technical feasibility and cost efficiency
  • Support in managing technical data within PDM systems (experience is a plus)
  • Contribute to the optimization of existing products and processes
