As the primary point of contact for German and Korean companies exploring bilateral business opportunities, KGCCI and its subsidiary, KGCCI DEinternational, serve as vital communication hubs and provide specialized professional services that support successful market entry and expansion. Within DEinternational, Team Industry I focus on the Automotive, Machinery, Medical & Healthcare, and Bio & Cosmetics sectors. To strengthen our continued commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated Project Assistant Manager to join our team.
The Role: Project Assistant Manager (Trade & Market Entry Services)
Contract: 1-year contract, with possibility of permanent employment upon performance review
Your Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Execution: Coordinate and execute projects within Team Industry I’s service portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Business Delegations Management: Plan and manage business delegations between Korea and Germany, including coordination with stakeholders and participants
- Trade Fair & B2B Event Management: Organize and oversee industrial trade fair participation and B2B events, including partner communication and on-site support
- Market Entry & Expansion Projects: Support and partially lead market entry and expansion projects, including market research and business partner search
- Client Management & Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, manage inquiries, and maintain strong professional relationships
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and alignment
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: German (B2 level or above), Korean (native or fluent), English (intermediate or above)
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in international business or multinational environment
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Management or related field, but not mandatory)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong Excel skills
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to manage tasks in a reliable and detail-oriented manner
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

To strengthen this backbone, we are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Membership Intern to join our team.
The Role: Membership Intern
As a Membership Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our membership database. You will work closely with the Membership Manager to ensure that our data is accurate, up-to-date, and well structured.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, is comfortable communicating over the phone, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in CRM and membership operations.
Please note: This is not a sales or acquisition role. Instead, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and well-structured membership data and supporting smooth day-to-day operations.
Contract: 6 months fixed-term contract
Your Responsibilities
- Research and Cold Calling: Contact member companies to confirm and update outdated or missing information in the database, and identify and research German companies in Korea to expand the member database.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Membership Manager with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Events, PR) for member-related events.
- Data Management & Cleanup: Review, verify, and update membership data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Consolidation: Organize and merge scattered data sources into a structured and unified database.
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Korean (native or fluent), English (business proficient); German is a plus.
- Experience: Previous internship or experience in data management, administration, CRM, or customer communication is a plus
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled (final year)
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data
- Comfortable with phone communication (cold calling required)
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics or similar is plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools
- Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

ANFORDERUNGEN:

POSITION OVERVIEW & JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Manager ensures that the Korea entity operates with strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and commercially sound decision making.
Beyond technical finance responsibilities, the role requires the Finance Manager to act as a business partner and informal leader within the subsidiary, helping maintain alignment with regional and global standards.
The Finance Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements, and supporting business decisions through financial insights.
The Finance Manager will also work closely with colleagues across APAC, our Global Service Center (SGS), and the wider Sennheiser finance community.
1. Financial Compliance & Governance
- Ensure statutory compliance with Korean accounting and tax regulations
- Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
- Coordinate audits and statutory reporting
- Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance
2. Finance Operations
- Oversee accounting outputs produced through the AR/AP Hub
- Ensure AR/AP processes performed offshore meet local compliance requirements
- Manage banking relationships and treasury matters
- Monitor working capital and cash flow
3. Business Partnering
- Support business with financial insights and analysis
- Provide financial perspective on operational decisions
- Review pricing, margins and commercial opportunities
4. Regional Integration
- Coordinate with APAC finance leadership and global finance teams
- Work with the AR/AP Hub on finance processes
- Support global finance transformation initiatives
Direct reporting position: GL accountant (may change depending on the structure)

ELIGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar
- Professional qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is an advantage
- 5–10 years’ experience in finance roles within multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/K-IFRS and local tax requirements
- Experience with statutory audits, regulators, banking operations, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience working with regional or global finance teams
- Experience working with shared services or offshore accounting models is advantageous
- Languages: Korean (native or fluent), English (business fluent)
- Clear communicator who can work well with people at all levels
- High accuracy, good judgment, and a sense of ownership
