The Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) offers a “Berufsbildung” program in addition to its traditional Ausbildung program. This vocational training is a company-specific program designed for university graduates preparing for their first job.

The participating companies define the program’s content and duration in cooperation with KGCCI. The program provides participants with the opportunity to explore different departments, gain hands-on experience in various roles, and includes soft skills training. Trainers qualified through the "Train-the-Trainer" program guide trainees through relevant tasks and technical know-how. Participants who successfully complete the program receive a certificate from the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
