Qualification

The TtT (Train-the-Trainer) program certifies professional and vocational pedagogical qualifications for trainers, with a certificate issued by The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI). The examincludes both a written and a practical component. The focus of the TtT program is on preparing participants for their future role and responsibilities as trainers in the workplace.

Maximum duration: 15 minutes

Upon passing the final TtT exam, participants receive a certificate issued by The German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) and Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI). This certifies that the holder possesses vocational pedagogical qualifications to serve as a trainer. The role of a trainer requires professional and workplace-related pedagogical knowledge, skills, and competencies.

 

The TtT program is not only designed to prepare participants for the exam but also focuses on their responsibilities and role as trainers after certification.
