On 11 December 2025, members of the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) elected a new Board of Directors, at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotel in Seoul. The election took place during the Inaugural Meeting for the establishment of KGCCI as a civil registered association.
Antonio Randazzo, CEO of Star Truck Korea, has been elected as the new German Chairperson of KGCCI. With an extensive career in the global commercial vehicle industry, Randazzo has held senior leadership roles within Daimler Truck AG and has been leading Daimler Trucks Korea since July 2022. His experience includes overseeing sales, marketing, and customer service for Daimler's FUSO brand in Southeast Asia, as well as managing sales and marketing for Mercedes-Benz, FUSO, and BharatBenz brands since November 2020. Randazzo has also served as a KGCCI Board Member over the past year, contributing to bilateral business relations and industry leadership.
Hyun-Nam Park, Chief Country Officer, Deutsche Bank Group Korea, has been re-elected for her third consecutive term as Korean Chairperson. First elected in 2021, Park is the first woman to serve as Korean Chairperson of KGCCI. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry, she became the first woman CEO of a foreign investment bank in 2013. Her extensive public sector contributions include serving as a financial supervisor advisory member at the Financial Supervisory Service, a foreign affairs advisory member for the National Assembly, a steering committee member for promoting financial centers at the Financial Services Commission, and the Vice Chairperson of the Association of Foreign Banks in Korea.
Alongside the Chairpersons, Duck Sang Kim, Managing Director of Sartorius Korea Biotech, has been elected as Korean Vice Chair. Stefan Spreu, General Manager of ElringKlinger Korea, has elected and JiSook Lee, Managing Director of Bayer CropScience Korea Ltd., were reelected as German Vice Chair and Treasurer respectively.
KGCCI also announced the appointment of four new board members: Till Hermann, CFO of BMW Group Korea; Dongyun Kang, President & CEO of AUMOVIO Korea; Marcello Lusuardi, President & CEO of Robert Bosch Korea and Steffen Trabert, President of Korea ILLIES Engineering.
