Kumjoo Huh, co-chair of the Women in Leadership (WIR) program at the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) and the founder and president of IWF (International Women's Forum) Korea, recently shared her journey as a first-generation female leader and her vision for strengthening global women's leadership in an interview with the Women's News (Yeoseong Shinmun).

 

In particular, President Huh emphasized that in the era of AI, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) along with gender equality become core competitive advantages for both companies and nations. She explained that Korean female leaders must actively participate in global agenda-setting beyond domestic borders.
