Youngmi Kim, CEO of Henkel Korea, who serves as a board member of the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI) and a mentor for its Women in Korea (WIR) leadership mentorship program, recently shared her 35-year career journey, insights on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and her philosophy on female leadership in an interview.
