Marie Antonia von Schönburg, President & CEO of the Korean-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KGCCI), recently shared her insights on fostering an inclusive business environment and strengthening cooperation between Korea and Germany in an interview with a luxury magazine.
She emphasized that KGCCI goes beyond providing simple corporate support and serves as a bridge of trust, enabling both countries to build a sustainable partnership. In particular, she highlighted close collaboration in strategic areas such as the energy transition and Germany’s dual vocational training program, ‘Ausbildung’.
She also noted the importance of promoting an inclusive leadership culture through the Women In koRea (WIR), which has been in operation since 2018, as well as turning strategic goals into tangible cooperation through the Asia-Pacific Conference of German Business (APK), scheduled to take place in Seoul this October.
