Position Overview

Following a period of growth and organizational change, we are looking for an HR & Administration Manager to unify our HR and administrative functions. This new position will consolidate responsibilities currently managed by multiple employees, ensuring greater clarity, consistency, and efficiency in how we support our people and run our operations.

 

As the HR & Administration Manager, you will steer our employee experience and ensure an organized and engaging workplace. By combining strategic HR initiatives with hands-on administrative management, you will help our organization thrive as we continue to grow.

 

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Develop and implement HR strategies focused on talent attraction, retention, and employer branding.
  • Strengthen the employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, development, offboarding — ensuring a consistent, engaging experience.
  • Lead in-house recruitment and staffing, coordinating closely with management and hiring teams to align workforce planning with organizational objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement and professional development through regular feedback loops, training programs, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted contact for employees, addressing workplace concerns, promoting open communication, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, satisfaction) to guide continuous improvement.

 

Office Administration

  • Supervise office operations and facility management, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and general maintenance oversight.
  • Ensure a welcoming and functional office environment — from organization to aesthetics — to make workplace enjoyable and productive.
  • Streamline office administration to ensure compliance with internal guidelines, policy regulations, and headquarters directives.
  • Support upcoming major company event (APK/Asia Pacific Conference of German Business 2026) by managing vendor contracts and temporary hires.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in HR (primary focus) and/or office administration (secondary), ideally in a small or mid-sized company (fewer than 50 employees).
  • Languages: Korean (native), English (business proficient); German is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to build trust and collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive, organized, and hands-on, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Job Description

tracetronic is leading world-wide in testing, validation and integration of electronic control unit software in automotive fields.

We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Automotive Software Engineer to join our team in Korea. 

Your job includes both engineering and customer support. 

You will:

• Help our clients successfully implement and extend our software tools for vehicle software testing

• Support both, pre-sales and post-sales activities, including tool customization, automation scripting (mainly in Python), and technical consulting

• Organize and manage tasks related to customer requests, feedback, and support

• Implement and develop solutions for ECU software testing across various environments (HiL, SiL, MiL)

• Create customer-specific software scripts to extend the functionalities of tracetronic tools

• Provide training and demonstrations for our tools as part of onboarding and post-sales support

• Work in Seoul and liaise regularly with engineering and development teams based in Germany, discussing improvements for tracetronic tools and custom solutions

• Help to develop our team in Korea

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field


Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years within the automotive or software sectors


Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with ECU software testing, test automation tools, and testing environments (HiL, SiL, MiL)
- Knowledge of automotive bus systems (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, etc.)
- Proficient in Python (required); experience with other scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java) is a plus
- Familiarity with test automation tools and version control systems
- JIRA and Confluence knowledge is beneficial


Language Proficiency: Fluent in Korean and English; German proficiency is an advantage


Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication abilities


Other: Willingness to travel within Korea and occasionally internationally
