Responsibilities:
- Parts and logistics support (warehouse inbound/outbound & incoming inspection)
- Packaging, delivery, and shipping support
- Inventory management and tracking
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher (including expected graduates)
- Eligible for international travel
- Valid driver's license (Class 2 Ordinary or higher)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Conversational English proficiency
- Prior experience in a related role

BAYER KOREA: Regulatory Affairs Associate
FRIEDRICH-EBERT-STIFTUNG: Project & Event Support Assistant
The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung office in Seoul is seeking a reliable and well-organized Office and Project Assistant to support our team for a limited period.
Position and Duration
This is a six-month fixed-term position from September 2026 to February 2027. The position is part-time (32h), based at the FES office in Seoul, and limited to the period from 1 September 2026 to 28 February 2027.
The position is intended to provide additional administrative, project, event, and logistical support to the FES office during this period.
Main Responsibilities
Working in close coordination with the FES team, the Project and Event Support Assistant will:
- Assist with the preparation and implementation of projects
- Support conferences, workshops, meetings, and other events
- Assist with organizational and logistical arrangements, including venues, transportation, accommodation, materials, and communication with participants
- Maintain documents, schedules, contact lists, and administrative records
- Perform other related tasks in coordination with the FES office
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent command of Korean
- Working knowledge of written and spoken English
- A collaborative working style and commitment to teamwork
- Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Good working knowledge of standard office software
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with the FES team
- Previous experience in office administration, project support, event organization, or logistics is an advantage
- Legal authorization to work in South Korea
