POSITION OVERVIEW & JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Job Objective
- Manage the staff and resources of the Field Services product line to achieve annual operating budgets; define the scope of work, work plan, and spare parts lists for assigned overhaul and service projects, and provide technical support to customers during maintenance activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal resources and customers for the Field Services product lines including other products as needed.
- Ensure personnel development plans, annual employee reviews, annual objective setting (SMART or OKR’s) are completed on an annual or as-needed basis.
- Develop strategic partnerships to fulfill 3rd party contract labor to assist and profitably grow the Field Services business.
- Recruit, train and retain field service technicians across the full spectrum of capabilities and hands-on experience from entry level to advanced crew leads and project installation TFA’s.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of field technicians for new installations, discrete end-user TFA needs and larger crew / large team turnaround projects.
- Implement a Safety-First culture.
2. Job Scope
- Set expectations, develop processes and assign sufficient resources to profitably grow the NEAC Compressor Service Field Service Organization.
- Ensure staffing and utilization meet near-term financial objectives while anticipating new recruitment and skill set needs.
- Ensure tools, consumables, job boxes and all other necessary resources are proactively organized to deliver best-in-class customer experiences for project installations, turn around and general maintenance.
- Set annual budgets to include utilization rate and target billable hours. Manage the scheduling of field service technicians, hours and equipment to achieve the budget.
- Track and asses daily field service logs to ensure proper technical, site and customer conditions and data are properly documented and electronically filed.
- Assess effectiveness or efficiency of individual field technicians to perform required field tasks.
- Ensure suitable tools, equipment, consumables and all other project requirements are proactively managed prior to start of jobs.
- Coordinate with the warehouse manager the proper storage, handling and calibration of field service tools and equipment.
- Be the go-to accountable person for customers to help resolve issues at site as they arise and require your attention through an escalation process.
- Assist outside sales and the technical department to win new business in large field service turnaround projects that include NEA OEM and other OEM equipment.
- Manage the service coordination and accounting staff to ensure proper documentation, timely submittal of invoices and help resolve disputes as they arise to complete the billing and accounts receivable cycle.
- Arrange all Field Service safety and compliance programs to ensure we are authorized for customer site services.
- Ensure safety and technical trainings are proactively managed and tracked.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or an equivalent field
- 10+ years in individual field service projects, management of field service and/or plant maintenance of API-based rotating equipment and machinery that includes the direct hiring, development and retention of field service personnel.
- 10+ years of direct personnel management of office field service staff support functions and collaboration with cross-functional departments (technical, engineering, logistics, accounting, etc.).
- 5+ years of managing repairs and/or field revamps with a focus on API-based rotating equipment.
- Advanced knowledge of rotating (compressor preferred) equipment machinery construction – materials, sub-system engineering, component design and assembly standards.
- Knowledge and experience implementing best-in-class process and procedures within the field service function using known OEM and supplier benchmarks.
- Able to handle Field & Repair Service tools, instruments and measuring devices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Languages: Korean (native), English (conversational)
- Flexibility to travel (business trips to Ulsan, Yeosu, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare scope of work, work plans, and spare parts lists for assigned overhaul and service projects, and provide technical support to customers during maintenance activities.
- Ensure all technical documents and materials are prepared, reviewed, and approved in accordance with NEA standards and internal requirements.
- Execute service jobs in line with the approved scope of work, schedule, and company procedures.
- Perform installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of compressor systems.
- Prepare required tools, equipment, and documentation in coordination with the service team and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager and, when required, the Project Engineer to align on work scope, site conditions, and execution plans.
- Comply with all safety regulations, including PPE and permit requirements, and actively maintain a strong safety culture on-site.
- Supervise and control work quality in accordance with company standards, ensuring service execution without customer complaints.
- Provide guidance and technical support to the service team on-site to enhance skills & knowledge per company policies and work standards.
- Perform site supervision for industrial compressors across refinery, petrochemical, marine, and other plant environments.
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site to address technical issues, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit service reports, technical feedback, fault reports, timesheets, and expense reports accurately and within deadlines.
- Participate in technical training programs to continuously improve competence and technical capability.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or an equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong safety mindset; knowledge of JHA and work permit requirements
- Good understanding of reciprocating machine mechanisms, marine systems, and plan systems
- Experience with diaphragm and piston pneumatic compressors is an advantage
- High adaptability, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Languages: Korean (native), English (conversational)

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Procurement and Purchasing
- Issue PR (Purchase Requisition) and PO (Purchase Order).
- Submit a monthly PO report to the Accounting.
- Follow up on order confirmations from HQ (Germany/USA/Thailand).
- Prepare stock withdrawal forms, obtain approvals from the Division Manager/MD, and submit to Accounting for invoice issuance.
- Coordinate with forwarders to arrange delivery of goods to agents and customers.
- Follow up on shipping documents from Shipping Departments in Germany, USA, and Thailand.
- Notify agents/customers of shipments and provide all required shipping documents.
- Send shipping documents to Accounting for preparation of customer invoices.
2. Document Control
- Update and upload quotations and orders in CRM System.
- Maintain and update spare parts records for each order in the Spare Part Report document.
- Manage administrative tasks related to customer requirements.
- Carry out ad-hoc assignments from the Managing Director.
3. Sales & Service Support
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all incoming sales inquiries via telephone, email and fax.
- Review and verify service rates for each county and confirm with the Managing Director.
- Prepare quotations and order confirmations for approval by the Managing Director and submit them to customers.
- Follow up on customer orders and ensure smooth processing throughout the order cycle.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of required documents for visa, hotel, taxi and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and support the arrangement of equipment, tool, and manpower for service operations.
- Prepare pre-invoices and submit them to Accounting for issuance of commercial invoices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Administration, Finance & Accounting, or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate level of English proficiency, including email communication, speaking, and listening
- Strong team player, high level of commitment and responsibility
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking, communication skills with service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

The Role: PR & Communications Assistant

Your Responsibilities
- Support chamber-wide communications such as press releases, newsletters, and publications.
- Assist with content creation and management for social media and our website.
- Coordinate media outreach, press release, and event organization.
- Maintain and update our website and media contact lists.
- Support interviews, meetings, publication, and communication-related tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Languages: Korean (native or fluent), English (intermediate or above), German is a plus
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in PR, communications, or events (preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in PR, communications, journalism and related field, but not mandatory)
- Skills:
- Strong writing and professional communication skills
