Jisook Lee, Treasurer of KGCCI /CFO of Bayer Korea, was interviewed by Insight Korea she where discussed the importance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and introduced her company.

Bayer, deeply committed to DE&I, has been consecutively recognized on Bloomberg's Gender Equity Index (GEI) for four years. Bayer Korea operates in specialty pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and crop science, dedicated to global health and nutrition with a mission for "Science for a better life." The company's emphasis on gender equality is evident, maintaining a 50-50 gender ratio, with 57% of managers and over 70% of executives being women. Bayer Korea also supports women in low- and middle-income countries through a project addressing contraception access and family planning.

Jisook Lee, the first Korean CFO of Bayer Korea, highlighted her journey and responsibilities as CFO, ensuring the timely supply of quality products to consumers while managing risks. She encouraged young female professionals to seize opportunities, find mentors for support, and create a strong support network to navigate career challenges and uncertainties in the interview.
