Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, a prestigious and influential German daily newspaper based in Frankfurt, sheds light on why Koreans are familiar with the German word "Ausbildung" in a feature article about the unique German dual vocational education.

Susanne Woehrle, KGCCI Senior Executive Director and Head of Berufsbildung, who played a pivotal role in introducing the German dual vocational education approach to South Korea, underscores that Ausbildung is a game-changer, breaking down the barriers between classroom knowledge and real-world application.

In Korea, many talented individuals graduate without gaining hands-on experience, lacking vital practical skills. However, with Ausbildung, they acquire firsthand experience in real work environments, resulting not only in enhanced employability but also genuine expertise.

The results are astounding. Companies are finding more dedicated and loyal employees, while the youth find their passion and pathway. KGCCI's efforts are not only fostering a skilled workforce but also reshaping perspectives on education and career aspirations.
