In cooperation with AHK Japan, we cordially invite you to join the online event Challenges and Chances- How the Lufthansa Group is preparing for the "New Normal” with Harry Hohmeister, Member of the Executive Board & Head of Commercial Passenger Airlines at Lufthansa Group on September 23rd, 2020.

Due to the current pandemic, travel restrictions have been enforced, which have particularly affected the aviation industry. How will the New Normal look like with regards to air travel? What measures are conducted to ensure safe travelling?

Mr. Hohmeister will speak about the current challenges (travel restrictions, quarantines, visa) and chances (Cargo, PCR test centers FRA/MUC, pent-up demand) as well as the vision for air travel and the Lufthansa Group in particular. He will also elaborate on possible options to revive the new form of globalization and kick-start the economies again.

Mr. Harry Hohmeister has been a member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG since July 2013 and was responsible as Chief Commercial Officer Network Airlines for the commercial management of Premium Network Airlines and the management of the hubs of these airlines until 31 December 2019. Since 1 January 2020 he has been in charge of the Executive Board department "Commercial Passenger Airlines" and is responsible for the coordination of network planning, revenue management, dispatch and sales for all passenger airlines in the Lufthansa Group.
