DIHK published "AHK World Business Outlook" Autumn 2019 Results
The Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (DIHK) published the results of the 'AHK World Business Outlook' based on the responses of over 3,700 member companies of the German Chambers of Commerce and Industry abroad (AHK).
According to the survey, German companies abroad do not expect a recovery of the global economy in 2020. They assume that especially trade tensions will impede international business operations. Therefore, German investment and employment plans for the international market are restrained.
Survey participants based in South Korea stated the TOP 3 risks for the development of German companies abroad in the next twelve months as following:
- Trade barriers and the preference of domestic companies
- Economic policy framework conditions
