KGCCI Job Fairs

Every May, "Joint Campus Recruiting of German Companies" takes place at korean universities. Since 2016, KGCCI DEinternational has been successfully organizing this recruiting event in cooperation with Korean universities. This event is consisted of 2 sessions:

1) Recruiting seminar presented by HR Managers
2) 1:1 Consulting with HR Managers German companies who plan to recruit young professionals as well as hope to maximize their core values are welcome to participate.

Around 500 students visited the event that was held at Inha University in Incheon, Sungkyunkwan University in Suwon as well as Hanyang University and Chung-Ang University in Seoul. The feedback survey showed that the students especially appreciated the opportunity to widen their career insights through this event and that they hoped to meet even more German companies through such events in the future. Furthermore, the participating companies and universities expressed a high satisfaction as the KGCCI’s “Joint Campus Recruiting” is not only getting established as a valuable platform for jobseekers with a focus on German language, but is noticeably attracting a broader diversity of student majors such as engineering.

Every Fall, KGCCI DEinternational organizes "German Joint Recruiting Booth" and participate as a representative of German companies in Job fairs hosted by Korean universities. Participating companies do not have to participate in the job fairs. We participate as a representative of your company and introduce your core values and latest job openings to young talents!

Around 250 students visited the “German Joint Recruiting Booth” during the four days at Hanyang University and Sogang University in Seoul. The students had the opportunity to get 1:1 consulting from licensed KGCCI HR managers providing not only the latest recruiting information of the represented German companies, but also advice for applications at German companies. Furthermore, the participating companies received lists of potential candidates to strengthen their talent pools. Through KGCCI’s promotion activities at both universities, HR managers of the represented companies could increase their work efficiency by saving recruiting time and raising their company’s brand awareness among young professionals.
