[Column] Jeon, Bulgogi, Japchae, etc.: German Wines in Harmony with Korean Cuisine

KGCCI hosted an event in April showcasing wines from the Rhineland-Palatinate region of Germany. German Wine Princess Lea Bassler attended the event and introduced Riesling wines.

German Rieslings are known for their fresh fruit aroma and acidity, with various characteristics depending on the region. German Pinot Noir also gained attention, known for pairing well with Korean cuisine. The event highlighted the harmony between German wines and Korean dishes, attracting significant interest.
